Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis and draw conclusions.
- Detect missing revenue or unwanted costs, addressing them while identifying opportunities to improve overall customer margins.
- Identify data integrity issues and provide resolutions.
- Resolve client or customer issues with determination.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations.
- Produce reports for assigned projects, outlining achievements, challenges, and roadblocks.
- Exhibit good email etiquette.
- Perform data analysis using tools and databases (e.g., MS Access) and develop solutions or consult with teams for solutions.
- Clearly articulate issues or queries to relevant teams (account team, sourcing, carrier, etc.) with specific requirements.
- Follow up rigorously until issues are resolved or follow proper escalation metrics for long-pending issues.

- Graduate/BBA/B.Sc/B.Com/BA

- Excellent communication skills for resolving client issues via calls, chat, and email.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 office environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently resolve customer issues with quick thinking and thorough problem-solving skills.

- Good time management skills to ensure all interactions with customers add value.
