Key Duties:
- Oversee inbound and outgoing activity while managing daily end-to-end operations for a large site or several smaller locations.
- Reach customer-facing metrics while keeping cost goals in check and preserving staff morale and safety.
- Oversee team member performance management and create and carry out associate training and development plans.
- To attain long-term performance improvements, keep refining the delivery method.
Perform 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station every day. - When necessary, act as the Area Manager’s substitute.
Oversee day and night shifts to make sure everything runs smoothly at all times.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduate who is keen to work in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or customer-facing settings.
- Excellent execution abilities; proactive and action-oriented.
- able to use resourcefulness to get things done with little.
- able to function well when under duress.
- adept at resolving unclear circumstances and coming up with suitable answers.
- strong people management skills.
