Key Duties:
- As a member of the Pipeline Production Operations team, respond to client requests and issues within specified SLAs.
- To improve the general customer experience and avoid reoccurring difficulties, proactively identify and address possible concerns.
- Resolve any underlying or extra problems found during customer interactions to guarantee Oracle Analytics solutions run effectively.
- Work together as a team to develop solutions for client problems.
- Recognize every problem in detail, including how it affects the client, and offer workable answers.
- If a solution cannot be discovered, escalate problems right away or follow up on resolutions.
- Gather configuration information and logs while trying to replicate reported problems for precise troubleshooting.
- By recording problems and their fixes, you may expand and enhance the knowledge base.
Eligibility requirements:
- include having a bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline, or having comparable experience from a reputable university.
Preferred abilities:
- Demonstrated expertise assisting commercial clients with on-premises or cloud-based BI applications.
- SQL/PL-SQL expertise with a solid debugging background.
- Proficiency in reading and evaluating log files, as well as diagnosing intermittent problems and network latency.
- strong practical expertise in the fields of ERP, finance, HCM, or EBS.
- It is advantageous to have prior work experience with ERP or popular software like Oracle EBS or Fusion.
- strong Python or Java programming abilities.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- familiarity with ETL pipelines and SQL performance tuning.
