Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• In order to ensure quality, consistency, usability, and compliance with general design principles, key responsibilities include translating solution concepts into user stories, which are specific requirements with explicit acceptance criteria.
• Communicate and coordinate with the QA and technical teams on a regular basis.
• In order to fulfill project deadlines, assist technical and QA teams in accordance with the established roadmap and priorities.
• Verify improvements and fixed issues for data integrity and functional accuracy.
• Examine and assist in fixing defects using ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets.
• To guarantee high-quality outputs, work closely with the QA team in accordance with established validation standards.
• Help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for R&DA both internally and outside.
• Maintain auxiliary resources (e.g., GTER Adjustments templates, Hierarchies, Sub-Account Management tool, etc.).
• Cooperate with more experienced business analysts.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• rudimentary knowledge of EY’s financial business rules, key performance indicators (KPIs), and core source systems (such as pricing, budgeting, ETC, account planning, new business development, and engagement and opportunity life cycles).
• some familiarity with requirement documentation.
• the capacity to perform root cause analysis and data analysis.
• An interest in data analysis and technical solutions, with a preference for SQL, Power BI, cubes, and dimensional models.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a finance or technical department.
