Key Duties:
- Create and carry out the pricing plan for the designated category.
- Take ownership of and meet the managed category’s top and bottom goals.
- Boost customer acquisition and retention, as well as brand exposure on the platform, to drive revenue and growth for the category.
- Maintain the proper selection depth and width for the category by managing and optimizing supply-side selection parameters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1-4 years of total experience, with 1+ years in e-commerce, high-growth startups, or analytics fields considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
- Good to Have: Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
- Capable of managing multiple senior stakeholders independently.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing business documentation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and interact with all levels of management.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
