Key Duties:
- Verify customer account information and respond to typical billing questions to improve customer relations.
- Determine the demands of potential clients and suggest suitable solutions.
- Make follow-up calls to make sure the needs of the consumer are effectively satisfied.
- Gain experience solving problems by using technical applications, knowledge bases, and customer databases to find the roots of issues and potential fixes.
- To handle escalations, work along with client departments like dispatch, field service, and test desk.
- Arrange for technical visits as needed to address client concerns.
- Attending job-related training, such as new hire orientation, refresher courses, product or service updates, and cross-training on goods, can help you improve your technical abilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A high school degree or an equivalent credential is required for eligibility.
- Basic computer keyboarding abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
