Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance software that satisfies business needs.
- Take care of production problems, put system upgrades into place, and participate in commercial initiatives.
- Engage fully in all Agile activities, such as daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- For management review, keep track of and present project-related metrics and reports.
- Act as the team’s technical lead by suggesting solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience with the mainframe technology stack in both batch and online development is a must for eligibility.
- competent in the creation, upkeep, and analysis of mainframe programs using File-Aid, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and COBOL.
- knowledgeable about the methods of continuous deployment (CD) and continuous integration (CI).
- participated in and oversaw projects aimed at improving quality.
- results-driven with expertise in improving code quality and automating tasks.
- Strong communicator with the capacity to express concepts and facts clearly.
